Can you integrate this new ITC413-PW4D-Z3 plate reader.
Metadata does not activate on the VMS when I integrate it.

No, I have not had any help from Nx to integrate this LPR camera to date. I am a distributor and I have several projects with installer clients who are waiting for a response.0 -

Generally, Nx will send a request to check the analytic event capabilities of the Dahua camera. However, we've noticed the following issues with Dahua cameras that may affect some analytic events:- The Dahua camera may report its vendor as "General" instead of "Dahua," causing it to not be recognized as a Dahua camera.
- The Dahua ANPR camera does not report its Traffic detection capability, requiring a workaround by adding the specific model in the server code.
Are you able to provide the camera forwarding for further testing?
We should be able to add the support of traffic detection for those models.
