OINVIF Thermal Camera cannot add into Nx Witness

Hello Support,

My thermal Cox camera cannot be add into Nx Witness. However, the live stream can be view from ODM software without any problem. Please see below images for your references.

  Yes, we did but it does not appear in the list. Can you help to advise?

  It has no problem with other VMS brands

  Also, it appear on Onvif Device Manager Software.
