Nx cloud issue

    After a few tests, we think it may be related to the location we are and we need your help to verify it.
    our local servers are in Israel and we have issues with the servers that are connected to our Nx cloud.
    We tried to enter those servers via VPN from the US and didn't have any issues, we saw the stream running smoothly.

    Do we have the ability to confirm it?

    Hi Lital,

    I've escalated this issue to a support ticket and we will need to investigate this as well as collect logs.

    Hey Adam Pryor,

    There is something I can do to help you figure out what happened?
    There is an option to change our Nx cloud region? to Europe maybe?

    I also upgrade our servers to the newest version and I still don't see any changes.
