Additional Cloud Users

Hi guys

This should be an easy one, but I can't seem to get it to work (my first NX System)

I have a 55 camera server running and am very happy with the results. What I am trying to do is provide the end users with their own cloud logins to view their system as required.

So, what I do is create an NX account for the client (doing a test one at the moment)

Once the account has been created and activated, I then add a cloud user in the system and give them the required role. 

Next, i try to login via the app, using the newly created cloud account. The account logs in ok but can't see any systems. What steps am i missing. Obviously adding the cloud user within the NX System doesn't automatically associate that user with the main systems account. 

Tried looking online but can't see to find the missing steps.

 

Any help appreciated

    Hi guys

    I've found the issue. 

    If you have system wide 2FA enabled, and then create a cloud user within the NX system and don't enable 2FA for this user, the system lets you log in so you can see your site, but when you click on your site the message comes up which says Invalid Login or Password. It would be nice if the message said to enable 2FA for this user rather than saying an invalid password. Quite confusing, especially for a newbie.

    Just a thought.

    And one more thing I've just found. 

    When you log into your account through a desktop to reach the cloud, you do get the message

    "Two factor authentication is required to access this system"

    So, it seems that it's just the app on your phone which doesn't show this.
