So I may have solved my issue, but I noticed another one.

To fix this, in the Expert settings, I changed the secondary stream profile to utilize the primary stream, and the PTZ controls magically showed. I switched back the stream to the default and the PTZ controls continue to exist.

Separately 2 of my 3 IP4M-1051 cameras are showing a Yellow Exclamation Mark with:
"Reason: RTP error in secondary stream (Failed to parse SPS). (30 times)"

I have tried to reboot them to no avail.

And finally I am back in business. It looks like the newest version of DW Spectrum does not like utilizing H265 in the secondary stream on these cameras. Switching to H264 makes the error go away. Is this a ffmpeg issue on the server? Ideally I would like to use H265, but since it works for the primary stream, I'm ok with it for now.

It looks like unless I manually specify the primary stream in the expert settings, PTZ goes away after the server is restarted. Is this a known bug?
