Licences and Reformatted hard drive

Hi guys

I had a Ubuntu crash after a recent upgrade. In my wisdom I decided to reinstall the software and completely forgot to release the licences. Now I've reinstalled the old software again, is there a way I can reinstate the camera licences?

  Hello Paul,

  if you've reinstalled just software components, reactivating same license on same hardware shouldn't be a problem. However, if your hardware was changed, old license key still linked to old hardware, so it wouldn't activate. If that's the case, you should reach out to NX distributer who issued your license key with licence deactivation request.

  I got the supplier to reset the licences for me, so all good. Thanks for replying
