Cant log to Nx cloud

I can't connect to Nx cloud with any of my users.
once a month, I'm getting a message "Your session has expired" and it takes a while until I can connect again but this time, I'm also getting an error on my account that they are doesn't exist
Please advise,

We have the same problem.
LDAP seems to work.
Cloud users getting "account does not exist" back.Login to https://nxvms.com/ is very slow.

Same problem here (north Poland).
#1 - Local system works.
#2 - LDAP integration works.
#3 - Cloud users gets: "account does not exist"
#4 - Mobile clients can't logon or see systems if already logged on.
#5 - Login to https://nxvms.com/ doesn't get completed.

FYI, this is an issue on the Cloud backend auth module.
Sorry for keeping you waiting, the cloud backend team is working on this now.

That would be great to have a status page to follow, and you guys wouldn't have to answer so many supportcases.
