Opening NX Witness App from Other user account in windows

Hi I have NX server with two local administrator accounts. I am able to open and work on the account I installed NX server on and given all permissions to other user. However, I am not able to open the software with other administrator account. Is there anything I should check on or enable. Please let me know.

    Hi Ashutosh!

    What error do you see when attempting to login with second account? Do you see same problem when trying to login via WebAdmin interface?

    For as long as second account isn't disabled you should be able to login without any issues.

    Hi Anton,

     

    Thanks for your comment. The second account is the windows administrator account not the NX account. When you try to open the NX witness client software. It doesn't do anything at all. Also, I checked the privilege from the second account and it still has administrator rights.

     

    Please let me know if I can check anything else.
