Mobile app shows "Unreachable for server
Answered-
Hi John Griffin,
We need a bit more information.
Could you check THIS support article and follow the suggestions in the article and if it doesn't resolve the issue tell us more about the situation?
Does this problem occur when connecting via mobile Internet, or via wi-fi too?
What provider is used? What is the phone model?
How are you connecting? As a local user or a cloud user?
Thanks.

Server is Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Wave Server version is 4.1.0.31767
And 4.1.0.32602 BetaProblem occurs on Wifi and 4G/5G
Provider is Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and Firstnet for mobile. Wifi providers were Comcast Business, Xfinity, and Wide Open West.
Phone Models tested are Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, Samsung A57, Motorola Moto Z3 Play, Motorola Moto Z Force, and Motorola LEX L11.
Connecting Via Hanwha Wave Sync.
The problem doesn't seem to exist on the PC Client software only in the mobile app on android. iOS devices don't seem to be effected.Android app version is 20.0.31784. this is the latest available app version according to Hanwha support however the ios app is version 20.4.32276 and when I install the latest NX Witness mobile app from the play store it is also 20.4.32276. it seems Hanwha is behind on releasing the app update for Android. Is it possible this is a bug in the mobile app? And if so is it possible for me to load wave servers in the NX Witness app instead?
Thanks
