Error situation of Nx Witness

Hello,
We have a web application.It works as a plug-in in Nx Witness. When we working with Nx Witness. We saw some situations. Situations are below.
When we were installed Nx Witness application to our computer. We saw an error during application was started. The error message is :
“Video card drivers are outdated or not installed
Nx Meta Client may not work properly”
When we searched for this error. We found a ticket and we followed the steps in ticket’s answer and we passed error situation.
As a answer said from ticket. We were downloaded the “opengl32.dll” and we were added to path of “C:\Program Files\Network Optix\Nx Witness\Client\<version_number>”.
After that we started again the application and we saw the application was very slowly working. You can see the “slowly working” situation in link(Video)

What is the way of solution? We waiting for your helpful answer.

Please, use the latest version of OpenGL rendering engine from this repository https://github.com/pal1000/mesa-dist-win/releases
It works much faster.

Hi sabari rajan,
Based on your hardware specifications I assume you use a server and often servers are limited in the graphical performance.The Matrox Display adapter you showed might not be able to support OpenGL 2.1 or newer and therefore the issue might not be possible to resolve.
Please check THIS support article for the possible solution. This might resolve the issue, but unfortunately not in all situations.

Yes, a graphics card that supports OpenGL2.1 and above should be working.
Please check the minimum hardware requirements of the desktop client.
