Hi,

Camera DH-IPC-HFW2449S-S-IL is on the supported camera list but doesn't working using Simple Analytics(Intrusion). Camera is on the the latest firmware but never orked on the previous firmware either.

  I hope this message finds you well. I was wondering if you could provide me with some further details regarding the issue you've been experiencing. Specifically, when you mentioned that something "doesn't work," could you kindly clarify what you mean by that? Are you able to set up the rules, but the assigned Action is not executing, or are you having trouble setting up the rules altogether?

  Additionally, may I kindly request that you navigate to the Camera Settings menu and select the General tab? Could you please let me know what Vendor name is displayed?
