    If that is the case, and didn't resolve the issue, I would like to suggest that you upgrade to version 5.0.0.36634. You can easily upgrade using the in-client upgrade credentials below:

    Build Number: 36634
    Password: thn04r

    Once you upgrade, please check if the issue still persists. If it does, we would be more than happy to assist you further. To do so, we kindly request that you add us as a cloud administrator.
