Axis T8705 Video Decoder as a Video Wall end point device?

Axis has the T8705 Video Decoder that displays IP cameras on a monitor. Could something like this act as a video wall end point device?

Or alternatively, could these devices be managed from within the NxW interface with drag and drop from the device list instead of having to hand type all the IP info into the Video Decoder?
