NX Witness server disconnecting from cloud

    Hi all, to confirm. When the system is Offline via Nx Cloud that if Thomas restarts the actual server it then comes Online again. Also Thomas can connect to the server using remote desktop software. This confirms that the server is connected to the internet. Is there anything that Thomas could check that could be causing this issue with Nx Cloud and servers connection to this service?

    Could you confirm the version of Nx Witness that you are currently using? To ensure that you are utilizing the most up-to-date software, I would recommend upgrading to the latest 5.0 patch. This update includes various parameter extensions that address similar reports.

    To upgrade to the latest patch, you can use the following in-client upgrade credentials:


    Build Number: 36528
    Password: t70bgt

    The NX Witness version was 5.0.0.36410

    I have now upgraded to 5.0.0.36528 as requested.

    This has restarted the NX Witness client and re-connected to the Cloud.  I will continue to monitor.
