Cropped thumbnail when recording a live camera.

I made a plugin getting bbox and event information from external server.

It works perfectly but when i record a live camera, some event thumbnail is cropped.

  Could you please provide the following info: OS version, VMS build, Metadata SDK version?

  Could you please enable analytics logging for Nx Meta Desktop as described in this article https://meta.nxvms.com/docs/developers/knowledgebase/246-analytics-logs-monitoring-metadata-flow

  and afterward send us archive of the directory specified in the analyticsLogPath variable?

  Hi,

  Thanks. It seems you have shared log files from the Server. We also need files from the GUI Client. Could you share those, too?
