server disconnects from cloud

We have a system that goes offline.

The server runs on ubuntu 20.04.

The system is locally accessible but not through the cloud.

When we restart the server it comes back online.

There is a sensor error logged, but I think it is unrelated because another system gives the same error but stays online.

I can't find anything in the logs at the time of the errors.

Can this be a bug of the 5.1?
