I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to let you know that in order to provide a solution, it's important that the Vendor and Model names are unique. Unfortunately, in this particular case, the terms "General" and "IP camera" are commonly used by other manufacturers, which prohibits it to provide a permanent fix. Instead, we recommend requesting firmware that provides a unique Vendor and Model name.
However, if you need additional channels at the moment, I can provide you with a temporary license key for the surplus channels. Just let me know how many channels you require, and I'll be happy to assist you.
