Client application performance

I am experiencing incredibly slow response and computer performance from my laptop when connected to a site. Worse when a camera is opened.
This occurs when cloud connected or locally connected.
I am running 5.1 beta currently, however I did experience the same when running 5.0.
My laptop is running two screens off a dock plus the laptop screen. I have run this configuration for quite a few years with no performance issues. Windows 11, 22H2.
CPU and ram performance increases when Nx is opened, but no more than previously when Nx ran smooth as silk.
Have tested with and without other programs opened- no difference.
I do notice Hardware Acceleration is no-longer a box that can be ticked on 5.1?
Any suggestions to resolve?

we fixed several bugs related to performance after 5.1 Beta. Hopefully, they'll help. I can provide a private build for you to test (or maybe it's worth waiting for the release candidate that will be available soon)

This part is worrying, we see it in our test systems. Can you, please:
- enable Verbose logs prior opening this menu (you can switch logging level in System Administration -> Advanced)
- Go to Main menu -> Local settings -> Advanced and make a screenshot
- Download logs and send them to us with a screenshot (you can download logs in System Administration -> Advanced)

If was a known issue and has been resolved in a later version, I am happy to wait until the formal/public release.

Glynn Thomas -- just to confirm, in 5.0 this Hardware acceleration checkbox is available, on the same setup? Correct? Will you be able to provide a screenshot (ideally capturing the version on the left down corner)?
I guess you will need to connect to the 5.0 system to switch to the 5.0 client via compatibility mode.
