Date and time of filter events and bookmarks (add minutes, not only hours)

Hi. In large VMS systems there are thousands of events. It is both resource consuming (CPU, network latency) and time consuming, and more stressful to view events by choosing a whole day instead of hours or minutes. It should be very simple to fix in my opinion, just add time filter to date filter, in all event windows (also bookmark window).

  Tomasz Polus I'm happy to say that Bookmarks search on Cloud will be released soon and will have this option.
