BUG tripewire dahua DH-TPC-DF1241/ NX

hi everybody,
sorry for my bad english and my big problem !
so,
I have a problem with the operation of the Dahua DH-TPC-DF1241 cameras,
after a while, my analytical detection via the tripwire rules no longer works. (there is 6 cam on the site)
all the rules are ok on NX, but i dont' now why from one day to an other, from one day to the next, there is no longer any detection.
nx 5.0.0.35745
i work on the update of the cameras, but i look this old post, with an on camera's model and i think it's in the same direction.
EDIT: there is this message on the journal : " Erreur RTP in the primary or second flux"
EDIT2 : when i shut down the ONFIF service on the web page, and i reboot the device, le analytics rules are working...
but i think the rules wil'nt work in 4 ou 5 days...
pleas can you help me ?
