Plugin use QT backend

Hi mod, i have a question about plugin creation with QT backend.

Now, i have many libraries compiled with QT backend ( for processing, networking ...). 

I've found that nx vms uses QT dll in application folder.

So, can i create plugin with QT backend use QT creator and Qmake?

  Could you please provide the following info?

  OS version, VMS Build number, QT library version you're trying to build with.
