Dahua NVR no audio (grayed out)

Summary
I've added my NVR which is a Dahua DHI-NVR5232-16P-4KS2E. I'm using Hikvision cameras via onvif with this. Running at H265. Audio checkbox grayed out when cameras are batch added via nvr.
Environment
- Nx Witness Version: Server: 5.0.0.35745 Client: 5.0.0.35745
- Client OS: Mac OS (M1) + Windows 11
- Server OS: Ubuntu LTS.
- Network Topology: 1 Server 3 Clients 2 Mobiles.
- Special features: N/A
Reproduction Scenario
I've noticed that the audio checkbox is grayed out within Nx. I have confirmed that the NVR is infact receiving audio from the Hikvision camera, i've tried AAC and the default codecs. I've also confirmed that if i access the primary stream url shown in Nx via VLC i recieve both audio and video, also if i copy and paste this and manually add the stream to Nx the audio stream is infact detected. I've also tried selecting the enable two-way audio option and even this doesnt give me the audio input from the camera. I've also updated the Dahua firmware to no effect.
Any idea why this isnt detected when batch adding cameras to Nx via the nvr?
Expected Behavior
Audio input from camera to be detected in Nx.
Actual Behavior
When adding the NVR from add devices, all streams/channels are detected but audio is grayed out. Video works perfectly.

Hi Joshua Crooks,
I checked our supported device list, and it shows 2-way audio support, but with a different firmware version; 4.002.0000000.4.R, Build Date 2022-06-08. Could you try this version and share the results?
Please remove the device, update the firmware, and re-add the device again.
If you could capture the communication between server and client with Wireshark, that would be helpful.If this still fails, we would need a direct connection to such device for further investigation.
