Video Error
AnsweredI have your client installed on our Win2008R2 terminal services server running as a guest on a Hyper-V Host. The purpose is to have rdp users be able to use the client for viewing cameras as necessary in their digital workspace. I get a videocard error ("drivers outdated or not installed"). I recognise this could be due to the Hyper-V Host being virtual, and I cannot add a real video card. How can I use the client software in a virtual environment successfully?
Thanks,
Gord
