BUG FLUX WITH RELAIS AXIS A9161
CompletedHello,
I have a problem on my nx server, I plugged an AXISA9161 relay, but apparently there is a problem with the flow, (see attachment), I updated the firmware, I updated the users, I also reset the relay, but nothing changes,
Would you have a solution to propose me to fix the problem?
Thanks

That is weird.
Can you:
- tell me which version of Nx Witness are you using?
- capture the communication between Nx Witness and the I/O module with Wireshark?
Please set the I/O module as your host filter.
I also checked if Axis has the model available in their virtual loan system, but unfortunately this wasn't the case.
If you're able to provide remote access to the device through port forwarding, I'm more than happy to add the device to my test environment for further investigation and capture the communication myself. -
You can share the Wireshark file as a download link here with some sort of cloud server like Google Drive, Microsoft Onedrive, uDrop, etc.
We don't need access to the server, we need access to the affected device through port forwarding, so we can add the device to our test environment for further investigation in case the Wireshark file doesn't reveal the proper information.

I checked the file, and it contains 2 different Onvif requests, one with proper response (HTTP 200 OK) and one with improper responses (HTTP 400 Bad Request), but these request appear to be send from the server (192.168.10.117) to a Dahua device (192.168.10.119) and I don't see any HTTP requests from the server to the Axis device (192.168.10.126).
Can you arrange access to the affected device through port forwarding? If so, I'll transfer this topic into a support ticket, and you can share the connection details there in private. (ext. IP address, http and rtsp port, admin level credentials).

I have created a support ticket on your behalf SUPPORT SAFE FRANCE.
Please respond to the email about it.

Was resolved in private patch: 5.0.0.36233.
Final fix will be included in one of the upcoming public patches.
