    Hello DEMARS FABIEN,

It looks like we receive the wrong timestamp from the camera.

    • Can you tell us more about the system as described HERE?
    • Did you check if there is newer firmware available for the camera?
    • Are you using the latest release of Nx Witness (5.0.0.35745)?
    • If the latest firmware for the camera is used, and also the latest version of Nx Witness, can you screen record an LPR event with Wireshark capturing HTTP events with the camera IP as the host filter in the same image?

Hello Norman, Yes I am using the latest version of Nx witness.5.0.0.35745. The camera is up to date and it only has one firmware so far less than a month old. I'm going to see for you to make tram captures with wireshark

    Hi DEMARS FABIEN,

We can't do anything with a CSV file, we need the original pcapng file, so we can check the contents of the HTTP communication. Can you share the pcapng file, created while an event occurred?

    Hi DEMARS FABIEN,

The pcapng file doesn't contain any licence plate information, only TCP packets.

Another option could be to provide remote access through port forwarding, so I can add the device to my test environment and capture the data myself for further investigations.

    Thanks DEMARS FABIEN.

I could connect, but noticed that port 554 is still closed.

Can you check and resolve that?

    Hi DEMARS FABIEN,

I haven't been able to investigate it thoroughly due to other obligations, but when I checked this morning, I noticed I don't receive anything at all from the camera.

Can you check if all setting are correct inside the camera and confirm?

Hello Norman, The meta data goes back well (check done), on the 1st photo of the post we see it in overprint on the NX WITNESS server.

    Hi DEMARS FABIEN,

Some hurdles have been taken, and I connected the developers to my system to check the behavior.
I hope to provide an update as soon as possible.

    Hi DEMARS FABIEN,

I'll transfer this topic into a support ticket, so I can monitor the ticket better and include developers more easily in the backend.
