Unable to detect analytics from HIK camera

Hi There,

Currently I have connected HIK camera ( Model : DS-2CD2643G2-IZS) with NX witness.

Under the analytics there are virtual line crossing and also face detection.

Under the action I put notifications. However I do not received any notification when people cross the line. Possible to assist me in this?
