Nx Witness is cross-platform and is supported on all major operating systems. The advantage of cross-platform functionality is that, as an example, a Windows instance of Nx Witness will work and communicate with an Ubuntu instance.
This article applies to Nx Witness 4.2 and Nx Witness Mobile 20.4 and does not apply to prior versions since they are no longer officially supported by Network Optix. For more information, please visit https://networkoptix.com.
