Instant Analytic Events are Triggered only Once on the Build 4.2.0.326xx

What is the problem and why does it occur?

Instant In-Camera Analytic Events are the ones that occur instantly and do not continue: line crossing, gunshot detection etc. The issue is that those events are triggered only once after the server restart.

Continuous In-Camera Analytic Events (i.e. while object is in the specific area, while audio is detected etc.) are not affected.

This bug has been recently introduced into the Analytic Engine. 

How to solve the problem?

The build 4.2.0.326xx is still available.

• If you have installed this build and you ARE using analytics and experience such issue contact your reseller to obtain the fix
• If you have installed this build and you are NOT using analytics, you can continue using this build wait for the updated Hotfix Release
• If you are on version 4.1, please wait for the updated Hotfix Release.

The updated Hotfix Release will be available on or before Apr 26, 2021.
