View Web Pages in Nx Witness VMS

The Nx Desktop client has a built-in browser that allows operators to add and view web pages as items in the viewing grid.

The inclusion of a web browser in the Nx Desktop client makes it possible for operators to combine information from the Internet and local web services (e.g. intranet), or to create / use custom HTML widgets for "soft" integrations of integrated technologies.

How to Add a Web Page

1. In the Resource Panel right click on Web Pages and select New Web page.
2. In the Name field enter a name for the Web Page (this can be modified later).
3. In the URL field enter the address of the web page.
4. Press OK to save.
5. When complete the Web Page will appear in the Resource panel and can be added to Layouts.
