What is the issue?
Dahua camera changed the policy and mechanism of authentication. This causes the ONVIF connection from Nx Server to the camera to be blocked during the authentication process.
What will you see?
You will see the "unauthenticated" message on the viewing grid.
How to solve it?
There are two steps to check
- Make sure you have upgraded to the latest camera firmware.
- Upgrade you Nx Witness to 22.214.171.12487 or newer
