What is the issue?
When using Nx Mobile APP to view the video remotely, sometimes the resolution can't be changed.
The users might see only lower quality stream can be selected.
What will you see?
"High quality" at the quality selection list is gray out.
How to solve it?
1. Please keep the Mobile APP up-to-date, the latest version should be 17.2.15624.
1. If you are using Nx1. The transcoding will not be applied to the stream.
So you will see only 1080P available. If your camera's resolution is higher than 1080P, for example 3MP, you might see only 1080P available or only lower quality can be seen.
2. If you are using PC/Server, then transcoding is applied to all the camera, you can retrieve several resolutions to meet your needs, or adapted to different use cases.
